Injuries, repetitive movement, long standing emotions such as anger and resentment, can all be the cause of Arthritis.
Here are a few tips on how to speed up your healing process:
-while the body is healing, do your best to avoid eating meat and fish. Introduce more fruits and vegetables. When arthritis is present, the energy body is quite dirty and coarse. Certain meats also have the same dirty coarse energy in them. We don’t want to continue to put the same energy in the body that is causing the problem to begin with.
-if you live near the ocean, go into the water 3x a week for 20 minutes at a time. If this is not possible take a bath with 2 pounds of sea or table salt instead. This technique is very effective at removing the dirty energy causing Arthritis and assisting the body to heal.
-If you can, cover your body up to your shoulders with sand. This will allow your system to absorb ground prana. This type of prana or life force is a great way to energize and heal the physical body.
-If absorbing ground prana through the sand is not possible, find a park or patch of grass. Take off your shoes and socks. Bring your awareness to the bottom of your feet and focus on doing some nice deep breathing. This technique is discussed further in Pranic Healing Classes.
A mild case of arthritis might heal immediately or after a few sessions. Severe cases usually need several sessions a week, sometimes up to a couple months.
