Pranic Healing Sessions for healing anxiety should be received twice a week. This can be done either through private healing sessions or at your local healing clinic. Here are a few tips on how to accelerate your healing process:
– Meditation on Twin Hearts, specifically the version for Psychological Healing. This will help you achieve results very quickly. Remember to form the intention for what you would like healed during the meditation. Inner Peace can be achieved by regular practice. This should be practiced everyday to calm the emotions and mind.
– Learn slow deep abdominal breathing. This has a calming, soothing and energizing effect. If one is in the midst of anxiety, stress, panic etc doing this technique can help the mind & body normalize. This breathing may have to be done for 10-20 minutes to feel the benefit. It is recommended to do this breathing every day.
– Salt baths. Energetically salt has a cleansing effect. It breaks up and disintegrates dirty energy in the energy body. Use between 2 cups – 2 pounds of table salt in a bath tub. Add 10-15 drops of Lavender aromatherapy oil for psychological healing and soak for 20 minutes.
– Cord cutting Technique: this will help you disconnect from negative people, environments, thoughts etc. it will help your energy levels stay high and help keep the mind calm and peaceful.
– Clean your space! Open the windows, burn sandalwood, frankincense, lavender or sage incense. All these have cleansing effects. Leave the windows open so the dirty energy can leave the space. Incense is the fastest way to energetically clean a room. You may also play the Om mantra, Amen or Amin.
– When you’re laying down at night, sleep with your head pointing in the east direction. Each direction radiates a different type of energy. Some are used for healing, some are used for prosperity etc. These principles are discussed further in the Pranic Feng Shui class.
